Pricing & Availability
JUST LIMITED reserves the right to change pricing and availability without notice. Occasionally, high demand causes us to run out of stock with certain products. If we do not have the item that you've ordered in stock, you will be notified as soon as possible. You will be asked if you would like the item shipped when we receive it, purchase a similar item of equal value or remove the item from the order. Charges for out-of-stock items will only appear on your bill if you choose to have the item shipped when we receive it.
Shipping & Delivery

How will my package be delivered?
All packages are sent by Taxipost (Belgian Postal Services). Your package is delivered to you personally by the mailman. If you are not at the delivery address when your parcel arrives, a card will be put in your mailbox and the package will be kept at the local post office. You can pick it up for a period of 14 days. On your request, the package can be delivered a second time. You can even choose another address, without any additional costs! If you do not collect your parcel within the post office's specified timeframe, the parcel will be returned to us and you will need to arrange for a new delivery. You will have to pay the postage costs incurred in resending the parcel. Thanks to the Taxipost barcode on the package, you will be able to trace the delivery of the packages in Belgium.

What is the delivery time?
The average delivery time is about 2 to 5 days. You will receive a message when your message has been sent to you. You will be informed immediately in case of delay.

Acknowledgment and acceptance of your order
We will notify you by email to acknowledge receipt of your order and to provide you with an order number. If we are unable to fulfill your order following this acknowledgment, we will contact you by email or telephone advising you of this. If you require any information concerning your order please email us at orders@limited-ice.com quoting your order number. We may not accept your order if we are unable to obtain authorisation for your payment. Inspection You should inspect the merchandise upon receipt and check that everything specified on the delivery note is included. You will be deemed to have accepted the order unless you notify us within 3 days that there is a problem or you cancel the order in accordance with your cancellation right. If you fail to take such action, we are not obliged to accept any rejection by you of the merchandise at a later date. Your statutory rights are not affected.
Payment
Payment can be made by any of the following methods: Visa, MasterCard, Paypal. Payment will be debited and cleared from your account when your order is acknowledged. Please note that all credit/debit cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the issuer of the card. The cardholders address must match the information held by the issuing authority. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to pay or does not for any reason authorise payment, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery of merchandise. Please note that we retain the legal ownership of all merchandise until full payment has been made by you and received by us.

You may consult your orders online if you have created an account with us by logging in to the website and going to the Account section. Updating Account Information You may update your account information online at all times.

JUST LIMITED highly respects your privacy. When you place an order with us, we request your name, email address, phone number, shipping and billing addresses. This information is necessary to process and fill all orders. Your email will only be used to communicate with you about your orders or to inform you of any news regarding new products, offers, or services.
